I had to think about it for a second, and then actually try the right shift button. The weird cramp I got while attempting it probably means that Apple should put some little needed cool key there. Like maybe the button that operates some doomsday device based in outer space.
I do use it, only because Apple-Shift-(Left or Right) Arrow Key switches between tabs in Safari. The way the keyboard is designed, I can press all three buttons with my right hand.
I just realized that I use the right shift in at least one way. I always use it when the question mark key.
I noticed this because I always think to myself that since my hang got jacked up in a car wreck I have issues getting the ? to show up right. I should switch to the left shift for it too.

ReplyDeleteI actually never noticed that key existed before I read this. So I guess the answer is no.
ReplyDeleteI agree the key should be changed into awesome. The Doomsday device only if it yields interactions as funny as Dr. Strangelove.

I'm surprised you don't already since the " key is right above it. It's an easy transition downward to ?.
